Mike serves as the Clay Volunteer Fire Department representative on the Executive Board. Mike originally served as the Finance & Training Director when the organization was founded, which was critical to Clay County, WV CERT's establishment. Outside of Clay County, WV CERT, Mike continues to serve as Fire Chief for the Clay Fire Department and provides the organization with an invaluable partner. 

Isaac served as the Service & Management Coordinator for over 3 years before his appointment to the Executive Board. In that role, he managed the largest division of the organization composed of over 70 volunteers, the Blood Drive Program, Animal Services Program, Volunteer Services Program, and the Student Merit Program. Outside of Clay County, WV CERT, Isaac is an undergraduate student and Foundation Scholar at West Virginia University.

Amanda is an active community member and a teacher in the Clay County School system. She volunteered with Clay County, WV CERT for over three years before she was appointed to the Executive Board, with two separate stints as Teen & Youth Coordinator and then Education & Outreach Coordinator. Amanda also serves on the Clay County Health Board and Central Appalachian Empowerment Zone (CAEZ) Board.

Aiden is the founder of Clay County, WV CERT, where he started as the Program Coordinator before serving as Executive Director for 5 years. Currently, he is an Emergency Management Liaison for West Virginia VOAD (Voluntary Organization Active in Disaster) and an undergraduate student at Harvard University. With his experience with the organization and other disaster response organizations around the state alongside his training, Aiden provides the organization and its members with beneficial leadership, insight, and direction.
